1. “A man asked Hasan al-Basri, Is not one of us ashamed of his Lord? he sinned and he asked forgiveness, then he sinned again then he begged forgiveness again, and so on?. Al-Hasan said to the man, Satan wants one of you to do like that. Therefore, never leave istighfar forever."
2. “Do not hate the calamity that befell you. Because what you hate may be the cause of your solution and what you love may be the cause of your downfall.”
